Free standard shipping on all orders over $120. Orders processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our Austin, TX fulfilment partner.
01 — Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120. Orders under $120 ship for a flat fee of $9.99. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Austin, TX.
Tracking is provided for all shipments at no additional cost.
02 — Delivery windows
Estimated delivery times by region, from dispatch date:
- Continental US — 2–5 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii — 4–8 business days
- Canada — 5–9 business days
- Europe — 7–12 business days
- Rest of world — 10–16 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country. All orders require a signature on delivery — we do not ship to PO boxes.
03 — Returns & refunds
You may return any unused instrument in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used instruments may be returned within 14 days for a partial refund (typically 70–90% of the purchase price), at our discretion.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving the returned item. The card-issuer's posting time is usually 3–5 days on top of that.
04 — How to return
- Email service@nicebodywork.studio with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send a return label and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return labels are prepaid for defective or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, the cost is deducted from the refund.
- Once received and inspected at our Austin, TX facility, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
05 — Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at service@nicebodywork.studio with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We have never had a customer pay for shipping-damaged goods.
06 — Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalised or custom-engraved instruments.
- Consumable parts (massage heads, sleeves) that have been opened.
- Items marked as Final Sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
