Terms of service.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of nicebodywork.studio (the “site”) and any goods purchased through it. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

01 — The agreement

This agreement is between you (“the customer”) and Nice Body Work Studio LLC, a company incorporated in New York, with principal office at 147 Wyckoff Ave, Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY 11237, USA (“the studio”, “we”, “us”).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

02 — Eligibility

To purchase from the site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm both of the above.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion — in particular, where we suspect resale, fraud, or misuse.

03 — Orders & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Local taxes and import duties are calculated at checkout where applicable, or charged on delivery in jurisdictions where we do not collect at point of sale.

Your order is an offer; the contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order before this point. Payment is taken at order placement via the providers shown at checkout.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. We will contact you before cancelling whenever possible.

04 — Shipping & delivery

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in Austin, TX within two business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery windows by region are listed on the shipping page and at checkout.

Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for inspecting the package on arrival and reporting any visible damage within 7 days.

05 — Returns & refunds

You may return any unused instrument in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any return shipping cost where applicable. Used instruments may be returned within 14 days for a partial refund (typically 70–90% of the purchase price), at our discretion.

• Return labels are issued by our service team via email.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
• Personalised, hygiene-related, or clearance items are not eligible.

06 — Warranty

Each instrument is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers parts and labour. It does not cover wear-and-tear of consumable components (massage heads, sleeves, batteries past 80% capacity), nor damage from drops, water, or modification.

Warranty claims should be initiated by writing to service@nicebodywork.studio with your order number and a short description.

07 — Intended use & safety

Our instruments are wellness devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a recovery routine, particularly if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have any cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal condition.

Read the user manual provided with each instrument before use. Do not use any device near open wounds, on the spine, or on numb tissue.

08 — Intellectual property

All site content — including the trademarks “Nice Body Work”, “Aether”, “Cervix”, “Sole”, “Visage”, and the studio's logo — is owned by Nice Body Work Studio Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

09 — Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of an instrument is limited to the price paid for that instrument. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, time, or opportunity.

10 — Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through correspondence will be subject to binding arbitration in New York County, NY, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Consumers retain the right to bring small-claims-court actions where local law requires.

11 — Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
